The Functional Nutrition Approach involves a series of steps to determine the most customized wellness plan. We look at medical history, organ system review, medication and supplement history, review of diet, lifestyle and exercise habits and review of lab results (often testing which the client has already done). Once the data has been collected and analyzed we move on to a customized program.
